Mr. Gregory referred to "this budget mess" which will be coming March 1. Please recognize that these budget cuts are progress to living within our means. It's the only way to getting to a balanced budget. On the individual level, we all are familiar with tightening our belts, and we expect that our Congressmen are and should be able to work together toward balancing revenue and spending. So, please go not call this a "mess". It is progress toward balancing spending with revenue. It's like trying to cut back to lose a few pounds. Anyone who cannot do that simply has a problem with overindulgence.
I like a balance panel of guest on MTP but today is not one of those days Harold Ford is not a rep for the Demo Point of view he is hustler that works for Wall Street .Please put some true Democrats on the show so that Partly senile Peggy Noonan can't control the debate .
Obama wants the sequestration he suggested - all part of his grander plan. He needs more revenue to pay for his spending addiction and socialist ideas but since he just hosed the middle class with more taxes and wanted no part of fixing tax loopholes end of the year - forget it. He his fulfilling his misson of bringing America down to equal standing with other countries - thanks to those who voted him in. He says one thing and does another on every issue. I judge a man by his deeds not his words and his deeds speak largely to who he really is.

Jindal... talking the talk of compromise.
Now for the hard part, prove it.

Bobby Jindal made the outrageous claim that 96.5% of Louisiana's children have health care. That is a huge lie. Why didn't David Gregory call him on it? http://www.statehealthfacts.org/chfs.jsp?rgn=20&rgn=1
The data you are referring to is from 2011 - not current. Bobby Jindal is on target with his facts.
